Cancellation Policy
Pre-dispatch: Order cancellation can be done anytime before dispatch. Please note, In such cases, the customer will have to bear 30% of the total amount as cancellation fees.
Post dispatch: The customer would, however, have to bear transportation charges at actuals and also bank charges at the rate of 2.5%, or whatever the existing and applicable charges are. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Dorby Panels and accepts the decision regarding the cancellation.
Dorby Panels reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be the case regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. 100% of the payment shall be refunded, and the user shall be informed of the same.
